Just had time for a short yoga workout, prior to heading out of town for the 4th of July weekend. I woke up early to loosen up to Patience "Hummingbird" yoga, to ensure that I was relaxed and comfortable for the drive from Toronto to Detroit. Not much of a drive, only about 4.5 hours, but it's long enough to get a cramped and sore back, so I wanted to make sure that I stretched out before heading out.
