Round 6: Day 1: 30-15

It's a lousy feeling when you start a new Round and struggle through the first workout. I suspected that things weren't going my way when I did wide arm push-ups and had to take a mini-break here and there. I did manage to get through the entire workout, and completed 30 push-ups each time, with the exception of the last push-up type (on the bars for 2, then 2 standard on flat hands, then repeat) where I managed 23, then 20. My energy level has dropped a bit from the last time I did this workout, but it's been about three weeks or so since I last really pushed my body and I guess that it's going to take a week or so to get back into the spirit of things. I'm optimistic. I have to be, considering it's only Day 1.
